Sometimes when you're going through a breakup quotes can be really annoying. When I was going through my breakups with Sam and Max all people would do was send me quotes, songs, or song lyrics. After a while it got really frustrating, especially because some of them were down right depressing. I have mentioned before that none of my close friends have had a breakup experience like I have, so they don't really understand what quotes are appropriate, and what aren't. Now, I am certainly not mad at them for sending them to me, because of course they have my best interests at heart, but sometimes you need to find your own quotes, because no one knows your feelings better than yourself. Below is a list of 5 quotes that I found on various sites that really helped me. and that I found motivational, not depressing. I am not sure who wrote them, but I love them. I hope they can give you all a bit of hope and comfort while going through your breakups!
"What a wonderful thought it is that some of the best days of our lives haven't happened yet."
"The best is yet to come."
"You are stronger than you think you are."
"Somewhere someone is thinking of you. Wishing one day somewhere somehow you'll meet."
"Never regret anything that has happened in your life, it cannot be changed, undone, or forgotten. So take it as a lesson learned and move on."
What I love most about these five quotes is that they all focus on YOU. They all make the reader realize that they are special and that there is so much to look forward to in life. Focus on yourself and your journey. Love will find you when it is right, and you will be okay after heartbreak. Trust me! Until next time!
